Menu Monday- 1/24

It's that time! This past week I learned on WW that I don't want to think about points on my daughter's birthday and I'm ok with just letting loose for special occasions. I'm back on plan today and everything will be ok ;) I also learned that I really do feel pretty much like crap after eating a bunch of junk. I also learned that I have no desire to go walking or do much of anything to be honest when it's cold.... Come on Spring!!!!!!!!

Anyway, let's get to it for this week :)

Monday:  Pinto Beans, Corn Bread, left over Layered Salad

Tuesday:  Chicken with Stir Fry Veggies

Wednesday:  BBQ Sandwiches, Potato Salad, Peas

Thursday:  Mexican Beans and Rice Casserole, Fruit Smoothies

Friday:  Pizza Night

Saturday:  Snack Dinner

Sunday:  Split Pea Soup and Rolls


  1. Monday - pizza (Mike and I won't be home)
    Tuesday - WW vegetable soup with chicken
    Wednesday - tuna with corn chow chow (whatever that is)
    Thursday - Chicken fettuccine alfredo
    Friday - snack dinner

  2. Monday - Steak, Baked Potatoes, Steamed Asparagus

    Tuesday - Pork Stirfry, Sesame Noodles

    Wednesday - Sirloin strips, Scalloped potatoes, Broccoli

    Thursday - Crockpot pork chops, Mashed potatoes, Corn

    Friday - Tuna casserole, Peas

    Saturday - Make your own pizzas

    Sunday - Stuffed peppers, Mashed potatoes

  3. I so agree...come on spring. I am so ready for some warmth and sunshine, but till then soups and comfort food it is.

    Potato salad, yummy. I need to make some soon.
