I had a friend who shared this recipe with me a long time ago, and we teased her and called them Easy Lisa's Chocolate Chip Cookies instead of Lisa's Easy cookies :) It just kind of stuck.... Hope you enjoy them :)
Easy Lisa's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Be careful- they burn quickly! Pull them out even if they don't look totally done :)
