Supper Sunday- Bean Soup

 

This is an old Weight Watcher recipe that I have made many many times even when  not doing weight watchers.  It's a good soup, easy to make and relatively inexpensive :)

Bean Soup

Ingredients:

1 large can Crushed Tomatoes
1 can Chicken Broth
1 can Baked Beans
1 can Corn, drained
1 can Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained
1 can Green Beans, drained (I like french style)
1 packet Chili Mix
1 medium Onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high 2-4 hours.

How easy is that???????  ;)
