Menu Monday- 12/13


Ok, the past couple of weeks I haven't done a good job of sticking to my menu at all..... It's just been soooo busy and I don't really have any freezer food... Note to self: Next year prepare freezer meals before the business starts.... Ok... This week things start to slow down and I plan to stick to the menu LOL...

Monday:  Chicken Alouette

Tuesday:  Pot Roast, Rolls, Veggies

Wednesday:  Snack Dinner

Thursday:  Sloppy Joes

Friday:  French Toast, Sausage, Fruit

Saturday:  Lasagna, Salad, Garlic Bread

Sunday:  Chicken and Dumplings

  1. On Tuesday when you make the Pot Roast, try using Grass Fed Beef. I work with La Cense Beef, and the website has great Grass Fed Beef Pot Roast Recipes. They are also having a holiday sale right now, so it’s a great time to stock up. Grass Fed Beef is lower in omega 6 and higher in omega 3 acids, which makes it much healthier and tasty for you. I won’t eat anything else.
